National Capital GREEN PAGES Directory
The 2012 - 2013 edition of the National Capital Region Green Pages is now available!
The Green Pages are a regional print and online directory containing listings of local products, services, businesses and organizations of Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec. This directory is designed to celebrate and support the many sustainable groups and businesses in the National Capital Region and to connect the public with eco-friendly options in their community.
The National Capital Region Green Pages: Earth-wise choices for a sustainable and healthy future!
Listing Criteria
The criteria to be listed in the National Capital Green Pages are:
- Operating in the National Capital region of Canada (this includes Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec)
- Organizations offering green products, services, or education
- Organizations with local decision-making ability
- Organizations working toward sustainability (meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs) and taking a triple bottom-line approach.
The National Capital Green Pages directory does not contain health or spiritual practitioners; while they are an integral part of sustainable living, they are already well-represented in other local directories.
